By using LandingRoast, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service (but come on, these are super simple terms!).

2. Service Description

LandingRoast is a free service that analyzes landing pages and provides constructive feedback (sometimes brutally honest) along with practical suggestions to improve them.

The service is completely free because it is supported by ads. We will never ask you to pay for basic features.

The service uses an infrastructure based on n8n (self-hosted on Coolify/Hostinger) to orchestrate the analysis process and OpenAI to generate intelligent feedback.

3. Use of Service

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not analyze websites you do not have the right to analyze
• Not attempt to overload or damage the service
• Not use the service for fraudulent or harmful activities
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others

4. AI-Generated Content

The feedback and suggestions provided by LandingRoast are generated by artificial intelligence (OpenAI). While we strive to provide accurate and useful analysis:

• The content is provided `as is` with no warranties
• The suggestions are opinions, not absolute truths
• You should always use your own professional judgment
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on our feedback

5. Intellectual Property

The feedback generated for your landing page is yours. You may use it as you wish. However, the LandingRoast service, its design, logo, and code remain our property.

6. Limitation of Liability

LandingRoast is provided for free `as is.` We do not guarantee that:

• The service will always be available or error-free
• The results will be 100% accurate
• The service will meet your specific expectations
• The server infrastructure (Hostinger VPS) will always be operational
• Third-party services (OpenAI, Google) may experience downtime or errors

We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Advertising and Analytics

The service is supported by ads (Google AdSense) and uses Google Analytics to understand how users interact with the website. Advertising and analytics cookies are activated only if you have given your explicit consent via the cookie banner.

8. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We will do our best to notify you in advance of any major changes.
